that seems to happen to a lot of girls after their wedding. i know a few people that has happened to! it's just being comfortable in married life!

OMG!!! I get this too. I figure they ask me because I gained like 40 pounds in the last two years.
I get it from the kids at my job too. One kid in my class is speech delayed but was able to tell me, 'You need to work out'

ugh...people suck.
although it wouldn't surprise me if ppl start asking me soon since I seem to have not only gained back all the weight I dropped before the wedding, but then some. I gained weight in double-time I swear. It took six months for me to lose it but about 2 weeks for me to put it back on.

I get people just asking me if I'm preggo (I'm already a big boned girl) since I got married... FIL and MIL are just hoping that I get preggo soon so they have more than just two granddaughters from DH's older brother.

You know what? I bet it has a lot less to do w/your weight and a lot more to do with the fact that you just got married/came back from your honeymoon. People are probably just expecting that to be the next thing for you.
That is honestly the one thing I can think of because you do NOT look preg!!! You look beautiful in your wedding pics and your wedding was not that long ago!!!
