FH and I have been going back and forth about registering for china. I personally think that since we have next to nothing (we don’t live together yet) there are other things we need more that we should get instead, but he’s afraid we’ll regret it later on.
AHHHH yet another thing I can't make a decision about!

I honestly don't know if we are going to... I want to but we have nowhere to put it or put a china cabnet.

Re: Are you registering for china?
I will. It is the kind of thing you probably will never just go out and get yourself so I consider it worth registering for.
There are other things I know I will buy myself - this is something special!

Yes. We love to entertain & we love using beautiful plates to do so.
i cant vote really bc i think we're gonna use the 'casual china' as our everyday and holiday stuff... that allowed right? lol it kinda kills 2 birds with 1 stone

Re: Are you registering for china?
we haven't decided yet, but honestly I would rather the money spent elsewhere. I know we are hardly gonna use it. I think if you will use it its worth it, but if not why bother!

Re: Are you registering for china?
We registered for this set because I wanted china but didn't want to spend a ton of money (mine or someone else's) on it.

We registered for the Vera Lace china. We plan to entertain a lot once we have a house, so we will make great use out of it.

you can register for the things you REALLY want first, and then registry stalk a little and then add china if your necessities have been purchased

Re: Are you registering for china?
I'm not b/c my mom is buying our china for us... but I did put it on my registry so she knows which one to get. I'm going to take it off soon.

Your so right, it's so expensive so even if you receive half of it you can buy the rest yourself with your completion discounts. The china will last us forever and I'm definetly going to make use of mine as often as possible, even when it's just the 2 of us!

Re: Are you registering for china?
register for it. chances are, you wont get your complete set, with every last accessory at your shower anyway, because its expensive. But you can collect it over time. Before you know it, you will have the entire set, and you can use it for holidays and such.
