Are you stressed?... Thought I wasn't but maybe I am!

One last thing before I leave....LOL

Along with my hectic day, I had to run out of work because I had a dentist appointment at 11:00am. Lately, the side of my jaw has been hurting me when I yawn or open my mouth wide and it's even cracked like when you crack your fingers or any other joint in your body.

Well, my dentist said it's probably due to stress and I am probably grinding my jaw when I sleep at night! He said this is easy to take care of (warm compresses, aspirin and soft diet for the next couple of days) because my muscle in my jaw is enflammed.

Well, I am wedding planning, my dad's suprise party is next sunday, I work full time and am going to grad school in september, but I thought I was dealing fine and handling everything ok.... I thought I wasn't letting the stress get to me.... Ahhh!

So, are you girls stressed?

Definately stressed and always overanalyzing everything but thats women for ya!

Absolutely! And getting worse as it gets closer! We feel your pain! Nothing a chocolate covered strawberry at Godiva can't fix though!

between grad school commuting into the city to get to school and planning a wedding i am going nuts

Very stressed! wedding, $$$, new house, i could keep going...

(I have TMJ most likely from a car accident i was in a few years ago- and my jaw 'clicks' too- if your jaw hurts in the AM it is most likely from the stress...but if it does it throughout the day, and you have had any trauma...you should have him check for TMJ- although there is not much they can do for it- i just have a nightguard)

Actually I am not. I usually have this nagging feeling that I am forgetting something looming over me. But not this week!

I'm more stressed about finding a house than the actual wedding.

Not at all, well ....maybe a little, not too bad, I have 8 months to be stressed out, don't want to overdo it so soon

totaly stresssed I was histericaly crying last night just becasuse of all the stress-- iwas not even thinking of stuff I just have sooo much to think about with the moving and the wedding and my daughter and other personal family problems-- that is how i releave my slef is by crying BUT I feel better now

I am definitely stressed! I think that's part of the reason why I am having trouble sleeping. I stress about things until they are done, so I think I still have tons of stress ahead of me.
