She's talknig about the contest on 106.1 WBLI. Someone 'stole' $20,000 from them and as a contest you are supposed to ask everyone on LI the question 'Are you the bli $20,000 fugitive?' If you find the person then you win the money.
And the 'fugitive' calls in throughout the day with clues as to who he is to help us out.

I was at the MADD walk today and thought i found him cause BLI was there....but it wasnt him they guy laughed at me and said no im not im sorry! lol but he matched the descrption!

i dont think you dont have to be on the phone with them! what if yu cant get thru? I would say no or go to the website and see what the rules say!
i went to the website and listened to all the clues. the girl on the train messed up and in another clue the 'fugitive' said your 2 listeners were so dumb 1 didnt ask me the right question and the other didnt realize i took off the sweatshirt! lol

at 7am 1pm and 5pm they giove clues as to where he / she will be at that moment or a clue as to what they look like and you have to run all over long island and try to find them!! lol a human scavenger hunt
