Are you the only one..

Trying to workout and eat healthy for the wedding or is FH also?? All I know is my FH keeps saying he's going on the 'wedding diet' the day b4 the wedding

If I don't have time to make a healthy dinner I make a salad for myself and FH gets his pizza, McDonalds or whatever else is bad. Ugh!

Yes. My FH told me that his goal is to gain 100 lbs. before the wedding so I can look 'extra skinny' next to him. Gee...isn't he thoughtful? What a romantic!

my FH works out with me after work at the gym at his apartment complex...unfortunately, it is easier for him to loose weight, than it is for me. And he is already skinny. Not fair!

FH says he doesn't eat a lot and he eats well...but he doesn't workout and is lethargic as soon as he gets home from work! Oh and it doesn't help on the weekends, he figures he can splurge and he wants to go out to eat!\

oh and eating well to him is making a burrito at 11 PM last night...it is so difficult because I really have very little will power!

actually hes more concerned about dieting than i am
he definatly doesnt need to but he tries to eat well... neither of us eat fast food and drink only water so I guess we're already KIND OF dieting

FH keeps saying he's starting a diet but hasn't yet. I know as soon as he starts he will drop the weight very quickly. He has a lot more discipline than I do.

mine finally got on the band wagon a few weeks ago, thank god!! he has about 50 pounds to lose and i have about 20. it will probably take me the same amount of time to lose 20 that it will take him to lose 50.

FH is more diet and excercise conscious than I am. We both watch what we eat (to a degree) but he works out more than I do, at least 5X a week. I'm there more like 3-4X a week.

I tend to break out the snacks more than he does so I guess I would be the bad influence.

Actually FH started going to the gym last week and lost 4 lbs without changing a thing about what he eats. I HATE the male metabolism/weight loss double standard. I have been eating extra healthy and going to the gym for the past 3 weeks and i think i GAINED a pound. sigh

FI is going to the gym everyday and is trying to get more toned. He is doing a better job than I am.

FH bought my favorite ice cream yesterday. Nice, right?

My fh plays hockey once a week for his workout. But he is forced to eat low carb/ low fat because I have to. If he wants bad food he has to buy and cook it himself.
