Ive been eating Smart Ones for lunch. I think Im noticing a change but I feel like a fatty now since I cant go to the gym while DH is recovering. Although its easy for me to eat better cause he doesnt have an appetite. No big dinners.

I started working out hard core again last Sunday and I've been trying to eat better... lot's of weight watcher stuff and 100 cal snacks... I guess it's true, the older you get, the harder it is to lose the pounds... i remember when i was like 21/22, i could drop 5 lbs in a few days...

You can join me on South Beach! However, you probably would win on the weight loss.

Talk about multi tasking!
