Your own vows? Are you making them funny or serious or both?

We are writing our own vows and I know when he reads his I'm going to lose it.

we're not writing our vows persay, but we did meet with our officiant and completely customized our ceremony with a ton of personal touches. It includes the place we first met, little nicknames we call eachother, our fur-babies, and things the guests will be able to pick up on and laugh about.

I'm going to lost it the second the music starts playing and I walk down the aisle! I can picture it now and im already tearing up

we are not writing our own vows but we are going to be saying the vows to each other (like actually speaking them instead of the priest saying them and us just saying 'i do')

We are writing our own!! We want to make it as personal as possible :) We will probably tie some humor in...I know FH will!!!

We are back and forth. Originally yes, but then we met with Pastor April and our ceremony is totally personalized. FH thinks I won't be able to get through them. I cry over everything! We will see.
