I LOVE pictures of hands and feet... is that a fetish? anyway... wondering how I'm going to convince my FH to get a manicure/pedicure? He has VERY rough, manly, work hands. Need to buff those babies by the Big Day!

Mine isn't. I actually work with my hands at my job more than he does. I'm just worried about how I'm going to convince him to wax or pluck that strip between his eyebrows.

My FH goes for pedi's a few times a year.
He doesn't get polish but loves the foot massage!
I was thinking about asking him to get a mani before. Nothing wrong with it!

Is there a 'MANLY' place for mani/pedis, so there not walking into a place filled with chatty girls? Is Maximus geared towards men? Maybe I'll BUY him a gift certificate there for V-Day. Hmmmm....

I am giving FH a mani/pedi myself...he is too embarrassed to go to a salon and I have all of the paraphernelia at home...he likes when I give him a pedicure at the beginning of the summer...makes me rub his feet for an hour...but oh well...

Surprisingly DH agreed to get a mani/pedi. He made one of his GM go with him for moral support lol. He went early in the morning so that he could be in and out of there really quickly w/o running into anyone he knows!

I dont know of any 'manly' places, DH went to the nail salon that I go to.

OMG, you're too much!! I tried to pluck an ear hair off of FH once while he was sleeping... THAT didn't go over too well!!! These are the things that happen as men get older...

This I have no problem getting FH to do (in fact, I don't even ask - it irritates him so he does it of his own accord). He did however look at me like I had three heads when I suggested a manicure for the wedding.

i wish fh would get a mani and pedi..i've been trying to get him to do this for the past almost 3 years now... good luck..
but if there were something i would want him to get it would be a facial b/c when he gets stressed it comes out in the form of pimples..

There is a salon by us in MD that caters to men- they play men geared movies, serve you beer and what not while getting any spa service.
It's hysterical.

My FH is, he has no problem getting a Mani but I cant wait to see him sitting in the chair getting his feet done. I am the total opposite though, I hate feet.

My DH didn't want to do the mani...no need for a pedi....BUT...surprisingly enough he AND my Dad went and had their eyebrows threaded when I went!!! I almost fell off the chair when they both said they wanted it done too!
