ive heard vendors say well what is ur RH giving you, and im like hmmm what i pay for?
is anyone getting extra things thrown in that i should be asking my RH for?

My RH threw in a free upgrade. I also got specail promotional pricing and When I came across and coupon for 20% of the per person price they told me that unfortuanly they could honor it b/c it was ment for there pricer RH's but the knock 2 additional dollars per person off the per person price. I find that it doesn't hurt to ask most vendors know that times are hard and budgets are tight and if they can't give you what you want they try to find some type of middle ground to make you happy.

i got the ceremony fee waived (it's normally $500), free premium alcohol upgrade, additional captained station for free, free cordials bar
you should def ask if they can give any freebies ... can't hurt

Hmm, well we got a lower price than listed ( I think we might have gotten this anyway), we got our minimum lowered, we got a pasta course, an extra entree (porterhouse), viennese trays and a chocolate fountain...along with a few other small things. We're currently working on getting the hotel for free, too. We drive a hard bargain.
I think some of those things we might have gotten anyway, and they are 'extras' that they end up 'throwing in' for everyone, but some of them I specifically asked for.

We got a premium 'Elements of Style' package thrown in. Chair covers, pin lighting, monogramed dessert plates, yadda yadda. We also got lobsters thrown in as a main course. Don't ask me how I pulled that one off.

They gave me a lower minimum than what is usually required for the room I booked & a lower price.
My original hall extended my recpetion by half an hour and threw in chair sashes for free

I got the Ceremony Waived (Thanks Awaiting august for the tip) other then that, dont think i got anything else? A Martini Bar maybe? but i think its offered to everyone. They said i got a discount on the price, but dont really know if that is true, as i have not compared prices with other WCC brides.

I was able to push back their payment due dates because we booked so early - it;s nice to be able to spread the payments out.
I had actually won a free Filet Mignon entree upgrade and a free Gourmet Pasta Station.
I am going to see if they can throw in the champagne greeting cart.

I got...
chair covers cordial bar expresso station fruit,pastries and cookies on each table stir fry station at CH extra ice sculpture and they took off 4$ pp but I took the 2$ off and added in sushi rolls at the CH since that was 2$ pp anyway
from what I saw you only get throw ins if you do it b4 you book....once they have you they seem not to care as much....
