Has anybody been to a wedding here? I need an idea of a price range? Thanks

My FH and I went there when we were looking for a reception site and they quoted us at $115pp.
Have you seen the place? I liked it, except:
(1) there was a funky smell in the cocktail hour room
(2) the whole place kind of reminded me of Edward Scissorhands, and I didn't really like the idea that you were looking out into people's backyards...
However, what sealed the deal was when the guy we met with told me as long as I listened to him everything would be fine. I did NOT like that at all...excuse me buddy...it is my wedding day and I am paying you, therefore as long as you listen to me it will be fine!!!
The ballroom was gorgeous though!
