Arggghhhhh!!!!!!!

Today's my mom's birthday and I sent her flowers to her work address. I begged them in an email that they needed to be there before 3pm. They wrote back that they would do everything they can.

Now, my mom just emails me and says, Bye, going home early today because I haven't really gone out for lunch for the past couple of days.

THis morning she told me she would be there all day!!!!!!

Did you call florist? Say you need to have delivered elsewhere.

Are you sure your mom didn't receive or that they aren't in the mailroom or such?
