... argh!!!

exactly 5 months till the wedding and I am still FAT!!!! I only have myself to blame
I try to go to the gym 2-3x a week, and just eat sensibly...

what do you do to get motivated? I need to lose about 15lbs and tone up.
.. I should just take a picture of myself in a bikini and put it on the fridge as a daily reminder

i was on the South beach diet for all 4 days and just felt horrible, I was so cranky too (as i was told by my co-workers)... I am so used to the carbs, it's so hard to cut them out!

I might try to get back on it (less strict) for a little while to see how I'll do. In the meantime this chunky tooshi is back in the gym!!

Sweetie trust me if I can do it ANYBODY can...Im the type of person that used to eat a loaf of bread with butter in ONE sitting! Now you can imagine how hard it must of been for me to cut carbs out...Im on day 9 and lost 11lbs! Once you get passed those first few days, all the jitters and the weird headache go away and you feel fine...I was cranky too I cant deny that, FH suffered-yes I cant deny that either, but its worth, bc once you see those lbs flying off you feel so motivated...try it! Good luck!

5 months to lose 15lbs, thats easy! Look at it like 1/2 lb a week....things are always easier when you set small goals. Then remember that to lose 1 lb, you have to cut 3500 from your diet.... it could be as easy as reinventing your favorite recipes.

The weight watchers site has a great feature that takes food favorites and recreates them for less calories -today they had mozzerella sticks.

My own battle is going to the gym, but I've started bribing myself with magazines...i'll only buy them if i go to the gym, and will only read them while on the eliptical machine!
