Could you bring Ginny pet vaction house, or hire someone in your area to keep an eye on her?

We're looking into that. I have a friend who just offered to watch Gin (as long as she gets along with my friend's three dogs), and there's always the idea that Mom will take Ginny the weekend before instead of WOTY weekend itself, it's just a headache I don't need, you know? I also wouldn't feel comfortable sending Ginny to a boarder's because she's still a puppy (8 mos).

Thanks for the thought!

There are some hotels on LI that allow dogs.

I've heard some of them are really nice. I don't know the cost, but I've seen ones where the dogs are all together, in rooms, not cages, and get speical treats and stories read to them. This one woman on TV goes away for a month every yr and her dog looks forward to going back there. She gets excited in the car!+-

My mom always boards our dog at the west Hills animal hospital and they are fantastic. So clean and good to the dogs. Just in case you are ever in a bind like this again
