ARGH!!! I HATE NYS Education Dept!

They have screwed me over so many times. I have been on hold for the past 10 minutes trying to find out why they have not renewed my license yet. My job just told me that I am not on the list of licensed social workers, which is an issue for my job. She called and they told her that I didn't complete my renewal application correctly. Huh? There are 3 questions to check off, which I did. So if I can't iron it out, I have to go home and use a vacation day!

Someone better pick up soon or else!
