ARGH... need help (Xpost from BHB)
Ladies,
I just got a message from my catering hall saying that my BM is no longer with them. I know this happens a lot, but I can't convey to you how much of an asset she was to the place and that she was a SIGNIFICANT reason that we booked -- I really trusted her implicitly with everything and knew I wouldn't have to worry... so much for that... I sort of feel betrayed... we had a sort of personal relationship outside of the wedding, and I sort of feel jaded now.... and my FH thinks that we should pull out of our contract and look for another place... I don't know if I want to do that, because I still really like my hall, but I feel like maybe we can negotiate a littl ebetter price or something.... aaaaah....
so.... we were getting married Sat Oct 7 06 in the afternoon and paying $62 pp.... can anyplace beat that that you have priced?
if so, i might do a little further investigating before going to meet our new BM next weekend... we only paid the initial deposit so far....
please help!
