ARGUMENT WITH FH

Arguing over money AGAIN I feel like as much as I enjoy planning he is not enjoying it and that upsets me. He always talks about money and I know that money is tight but it's all we argue about. Please tell me we are not the only ones having big arguments over money!

Oh no hunnie, definitely not just you!! We are constantly having arguments over money! Either its me wanting something for the wedding and FH telling me we can't afford it, or its me working two jobs busting my rear, sacrificing EVERYTHING for this wedding, while he enjoys his days off ...

One of my BM's even told me that the last 6 months before her wedding was the worst time for her and her DH, they never fought (and still don't) as much as that time.

It's a very stressful time for everyone. You guys just need to take a step back and look at the big picture. You are both just trying to make sure you get the perfect day.

Half the time I dont even feel he even cares it's always 'this f-----g wedding'. I'm just so frustrated and I have always dreamed of my wedding and hear so many people say their FH are great with the planning and mine only fights over money

I can guarantee that you care more than he does, but thats only because he is the guy. Most guys just want to show up in a tux and admire the girl walking down the aisle. 'this f-----g wedding' always comes out of MY mouth in fights with FH!! I know I want the perfect wedding more than he does - after all, he has a penis, I have breasts, lol ... the bride always wants it more, you know? Try not to let that get to you. If anything, maybe take a day away from wedding planning and just have a good, relaxing day. Don't talk about the wedding until the end of the night - this way you guys are already in better spirits after having such a good time.

This is the only thing we fight about. It is normal, I heard, so don't worry. Usually, its me though, because I'm the one stressing about how tight the money is and hoping we have enough to pay for everything. You are not alone. It will pass.
