Does anyone know if you need permits to take pictures at Argyle Park? I tried calling the town of Babylon all day and got no answer...

I'm pretty sure you don't. My photog works there all the time and we did our engagement shoot there and we didn't have one for that.

I don't think you do. My photographer also works there alot and we are supposed to take our e-pics there in the spring. He didn't mention anything about needing a permit.

I don't think so. FH takes pics there all the time (albeit of the waterfall and stuff, not people), and no one has ever stopped him, and he has a professional grade camera.

i dont think so since its a public park in the middle of town and lots of people take pictures there.
