is anyone getting their arms waxed/threaded for the wedding?
is it super painful?
does it leave bumps?
i used to get my eyebrows waxed now get them threaded and think its sooo painful. i can't even begin to imagine how much arms hurt... do you think its worth the pain?
also, since i've never had it done before i'm worried that i might have some weird reaction since i have sensitive skin

I'm a hairy Italian. I shave them! I dont always do it and it doesn't come back thicker or worse, but I do shave sometimes, and will shave for wedding.

i shave them too. i use to get them waxed when i was younger and my mom paid for it but now that i have to pay for sht on my own i see no difference in shaving and waxing. and no it doesnt grow in thicker!

Re: arm hair
I wax my arms all the time for the summer. the hair grows very fair and right after the arms are so smooth - I love it. my skin is uber sensitive and I dont get any bumps or rashes (just some redness for like the 1st hour). I def recommend it
btw, the 1st time I did it, nothing bad happened. its the same every time

Re: arm hair
I also use Jolene but I only leave it on for a couple of minute so it lightens it but it doesn't make it too blonde being that I have such dark hair and eyebrows

i do the same.... prob every 2 weeks in the summer. it only stays on for 3 minutes, pretty quick and easy and painless! soap stings a bit when you wash it right after, but thats about it!

Re: arm hair
i wax mine. its the best thing! its stays for longer periods of time, no bumps, maybe just a little red right after, but its awesome cuz your hair doesnt grow back thicker, which is why i would suggest you dont shave, youll make it worse and you have to do it more often
