Do basic curls, and arm extenstions at last 3x a week. Shoulder raises, Tricep extensions, Dips, Bicep curls..
ETA: They dont look bad but if you want to tone down do this...

I think the lighting in that dressing room is what is throwing you off!!! I feel the same way and NEVER take pics directly to the side (just don't like my arms from that angle). If I do it's with arm on hip like the celebs- lol. Also, tanning will help too if you are planning to do that before the wedding! I do love your dress

Your arms dont look too big for your gown!
If you want to tone them down...stick to less weight and more reps when you work out.
You dont need to bulk up so adding weight to your work out will only make your muscles bigger.

Re: arms?

try a cardio kickboxing class. it works your upper and lowers. with all that punching, it'll really tone up your arms.

I am being honest, too, and I really don't think your arms look bad. They are smooth and shapely. And you don't have chicken skin arms like many women!
Arms are one of those places that you are genetically disposed to gain weight in (or not gain weight in). My mom was average weight her whole life but had flubby arms. Not that you have flubby arms...I'm just saying that it's kind of a genetic thing - or at least that's what I tell myself everytime I look at the photo of myself in my strapless dress! lol

OMG! I was thinking the same thing about myself. You don't look bad. We need to follow these ladies advice and just tone not bulk. PUSH ME LADIES!!!

You look beautiful. Everyone has those dimples by their elbows. We are our own worst critics. Your arms look fine!
