Arrival Time for Vendors?

I'm trying to figure out what time to tell my cake lady to come and set up the cake for the reception which starts at 5:30pm.

Also, the lady whose doing my bouquet and boutineers what time should she be delivering for our wedding that starts at 5pm?

Lady with the flowers need to be there before the photographer arrives. As for the cake lady - I would think about an hour before... but check with the RH.

i would say about two hours before.

my cake arrived with the caterers... it was a gift from a guest, so she needed time to go home and change.

my flowers arrived about the same time.

if the wedding starts at 5 pm, i would think the florist is gunna show up at before 3 probably because u need (and ur BM and ur mom and dad and FH and his guys) are gunna need their flowers for pictures that will probably start around 2:00-230 about . . .

my church was 4pm and actually,.,,the flowers got there at about 12:30 i think. the photograoher came at 1:15 (right on time, actually early!) and it worked out pefect because my bro was going to Dh's house to meet up with all the groomensmen and he brought them all the boutineers and the boutineer foy my DH's grandparents and parents. . . worked out great!

they'll go over EVERYTHING with u, times, ect about 1-2 weeks be4 the wedding, and they will tell u an aroundabout time they will be at ur house
