Last week he loses his wallet...
Today I go to bring my son to school after his 2 hour delay, and guess what? No keys. They are in DH's jacket pocket and he's at work in EAST MEADOW!!! I'm in Port Jeff!!! So, a neighbor drives him, and now I can't get me neices b-day present and her b-day is TODAY!!!

Yes my DH is like this. He loses his wallet, keys and cell phone at least once a week.

My husband can be like that. I had to drive to where he was working today because he forgot his cell phone.

Mine is absentminded in a different way. We were at my SIL's last night during last nights storm. She lives in Middle Village Queens. So anyways DH says to me 'you know maybe we should stay over tonight, it's too dangerous to drive, besides it would be easier for me to get to work tomorrow because it would only take me 5 minutes from here'

I was like 'um hello that's good for you but did you ever give it a thought as to how I would get to work if we stayed over'...I work in Manhattan. Does he know how inconvienent it would be for me??? I was not about to freeze my *** off waiting for buses and then getting on a train...then he goes 'if this weather continues throughout the night, driving conditions will be very bad in the morning, i'm only thinking of our health'... ummm no he's not cuz if driving conditions are bad in the morning then I'm in danger anyways cuz I would have to take a bus to get to the train'. then the ding dong tells me to take a cab to the train. lol

Lately, I've been the absentminded one.

I don't understand how they can be so spacey sometimes - they have 3 THINGS TO REMEMBER! Wallet, keys, cell.

How hard is that?

Not so hard, especially after:
'Hun, can you stick my keys in your purse?'
'you have your cell, so i don't need mine, right?
and
'can you hold my wallet in your bag? you must have room in that huge thing, and it's making my pants fall down'

And the best is if I loose something, he'll say 'babe you've got to be more organized than that'

My DH is absentminded in that he always has to ask me what our plans are for the weekend, or he asks me something that we spoke about 5 minutes ago! It drives me nuts, b/c I feel like he's never paying attention when I talk!

I'm absentminded b/c I'm always forgetting stuff in the apartment. We rarely leave the building without one of us running back up to the apartment to get something.

Sometimes, Jackie, I think we married the same man.
