Artemida Bridal - Brooklyn

Has anyone ordered a dress from this boutique in Brooklyn? I'm looking to order a dress that they do not have in stock - but I was wondering what people's experiences were with this salon, the timeliness of the dress arrival, alterations.
Mainly - are they trustworthy?
Thanks so much for your help :)
