Anyone have experience taking dance lessons from them?
Good? bad?
Suggest another place maybe?
FH can dance okay but I'm just all over the place LOL

from what i have heard...i hear they are expensive and they teach the same stuff, like people were complaining that they werent learning enough to do a dance at the wedding, they kept showing them so many diff types of dance.
i dont know if that is what you are looking for or if you want a choreographed dance

I was going to Arthur Murray's but they are SO pricey andafter 10 lessons or so we didn't really learn anything. They kept going over the basic moves.

also check out john from ballroom dance li. he travels to studios around the island. i know he does westbury and bethpage and i think selden. he also goes to your hall (we have a lesson with him next week at our hall) i thin khe is 75 a lesson but 70 if you buy 4 upfront

My Fmil got us lessons as a gift for christmas so not sure what it costs .. :( im pretty sure they are reasonable>> I hear they are really good:) HTH
