Aruba Dine around program

Did anyone buy this meal program? Was it worthi it?
Taking hubby there for bday.
Any must sees that you've heard about.....let me know!!!

We haven't done this mainly b/c I can never figure out if this actually saves you money or not. First you are limited to the restaurants you can eat at.
Some of them are great, like I think Le Dome participates and that was one of our best meals in our two trips to Aruba, others I'm either not familiar with or have heard aren't the best. BUT most of the places that we're interested in that participate (like Le Dome) say that only certain menu items are included, and if you order off of that designated list, you get only a credit towards your meal.
I guess I feel like this may be a matter of convenience, in the sense that you know your meals are pre-paid or at least partially pre-paid.
Not that I think you're spending more $$ this way, but that it may not be any less $$ than doing it on your own. I would LOVE to hear more feedback from people who have done it, though.
