Aruba Hotels

Im so confused i dont know what hotel in Aruba to stay at. I know everyone says not to do all inclusive but who wants to spend more $$$ after the wedding. I was thinking of maybe the Riu or Radisson, any suggestions????

They are both very nice! We stayed at the Radisson for our honeymoon because it was more in our budget and had an amazing time! The hotels are right next to each other. I liked the beach better at the Radisson and the scenary is nicer, meaning there is more palm trees, etc. The Riu is brand new just opened up this past summer and the hotel is very very nice. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I've been looking into Aruba also and me and FH are pretty sure we want all inclusive. yes, many people say the food on the island is amazing but I also hear it's really expensive. We are pretty set on the occidental. its an AI with like 5 or 6 restaurants so there is really a variety. It also has a casino and spa service. The radisson, from what i've seen, isn't all inclusive and the riu, although looking beautiful, is just too expensive for us. other AI resorts are the divi resorts, renaissance, manchebo and a couple others.

we are staying in a 1 bedroom marriot timeshare....its FH's aunt's gift to us.....we are excited because now we can spend more freely while we are there - we heard aruba has amazing restaurants/food. ive never been there myself but i always hear that aruba is better when you dont do an all inclusive because you can eat out wherever you want all the time....if we had to pay for a hotel we probably wouldnt be able to afford it.....but if i hear of any good all inclusives ill let you know
