I've heard great things about both! My friend went to St. Lucia for her honeymoon and LOVED it, and my co-worker just got back from Aruba and was raving!
I don't think you can go wrong either way!

i love love st lucia and am dying to go, but we weren't going to risk it with the timing of the wedding. Also, where we wanted to stay in st lucia was a lottt of money, no matter how much we tried tweaking it. Aruba is guaranteed with weather which is exactly what we wanted! We can go to st lucia another time when we aren't in hurricaine weather!!

I voted for St. Lucia bc that's where FH and I are going! We are getting married in November but waiting until January for our honeymoon so we will be out of hurricane season.

FH and I definitely want to go to St. Lucia at some point, but it wasn't worth risking it to go during hurricane season. Aruba for us!

Ahhh...thats a tough one!!! Ive been to both and they are both so beautiful!!! If you will be going there during hurricane season I think I would choose Aruba so you won't have to worry about that. But I also think it depends on you and FH. Honestly I think Aruba has waay better beaches/water so if that is something really important to you I would say go there. However, we stayed at the Sandals regency in St. Lucia and the whole experience was just amazing and still felt exotic (there's a volcano, waterfall, rainforest everywhere!). Also, I felt like it had a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure (you can go ziplining which I HIGHLY recommend) and there is also a lot of interesting things to see. We were able to see a lot without losing out on relaxation time. It wasn't in our budget to go to Hawaii (which I would stil like to go to one day!!) but in a way I liked that there was still some 'exotic' element to St. Lucia as opposed to just being an island that I really liked.
Sorry for rambling lol but Im sure you will have a great time at either place! They are so beautiful!!!

We went to St. Lucia in June, and we are in Aruba on our honeymoon right now...
100000% Aruba. We keep talking about how much more we love this place.

Ive never been to st. lucia...we went on our hm to aruba and LOVED it!!!!the weather is awesome, hot but theres always a breeze so its VERY comfortable most of the time....sooo many YUMMY restaurants...theres a lot to do but its also very relaxing....look at my pics on FB...let me know if you have any questions about hotels and whatever else

Depends. Do you guys wanna sit on the beach the entire time or do you want some things to do? I've heard from a lot of TA's that Aruba is beautiful but has minimal to do aside from relaxing things.

If you choose Aruba. I would say The hyatt all the way.. but its not all inlcusive..
if you want a great all inclusive honeymoon place then i say St lucia.. both are very different though so depends what your looking for.. I think Aruba you would prob have more fun and there is more to do.. But, St Lucia is a little more romantic.. and quieter if that makes sense.. Can't go wrong with both though..
Also. I know people freak about hurricane season.. but just so you know its not guaranteed rain when you go.. I went to Aruba 2 years ago for work in June and it didnt rain at all for 5 months before that.. it wasnt hurriace season and the 3rd day I was there it poured 3 days straight!! You just can never predict the weather so don't totally go by that.. Besides end of November youll be fine!!:)
