How can I present this gift to them along with the other stuff?
Think I should get gift certificates for the makeup amount and put that in their gift bags so they can use those and then just pay for the hair??

I think the gift certificate is a great idea! You can make it yourself to make it look extra fab and special.

I think giving them a gift certificate is perfect. Maybe you could put it with a pretty (and inexpensive) mirror or compact they could use the day of your wedding to look at their make-up

A friend of mine makes makeup out of chocolate. Super cute and inexpensive. Let me know if you want her info!

This is a good idea! Like sephora does with their gift cards. You don't even have to get certificates from the hair/makeup person. My mind is blank right now but I'm sure someone on here could come up with a cute saying you could put on your own!
