10 min on he job and im already arguing with a fjkshj insurance company. people are sooooo dfhsjkhf dumb. i cant take it. i demanded to speak to the reps supervisor, and she demanded to speak to mine. cuz she didnt appreciate me talking to her the way i did lol.. ive been on hold for 8 min so far. however long im on hold for, she will be on hold for to speak to my 'supervisor' meanwhile i AM the supevisor. oh joyyyyyyyyyyyyyy


they dont pay me enough to dealw ith this stupidity

they wanted a diagnosis and procedure code to give me AUTHORIZATION to even see the patient for an INITIAL visit. im like WHAT?? how the hell do u expect me to do that?!

Sometimes these companies are major morons...dont know their a$$ from their elbow...Good luck dealing with her (I say put her on hold for 15 minutes and then pick up and be like, 'oh i forgot to mention I am the supervisor...' rip the bish a new a$$hole)
