Asian sauce for chicken pieces anyone?

I want to spice up little pieces of chicken, onions and soy nuts to wrap in lettuce leaves, similar to P.J.Chang's.( Although I think they used cashews or peanuts.)
I don't want it salty with soy sauce, but something slightly spicy.
I have a cabinet full of Chinese condiments, but don't know where to start. Any ideas would be better than mine.

Mix hoisin sauce, a little honey, and some red pepper flakes. Thin it out with water, sesame oil, or lemon juice if it's too thick. Yummy!!
