asking a BM.... HELPPPPPPPPPP

ok, I've asked this before... well touched on it. But I need help.

I know a lot of you girls found cards and poems asking someone to be a BM... WHERE can I find those?

I've verbally asked my MOH and 3 of my BMs.. but I have one that I haven't and I just don't know how to.. and FH and I have announced that we're doing the 'formal' thing (card) in March.. well I think I want to do it.. NOW.
I also need two flower girl ones.
