asking again... 'the party ride'???

Yesterday I asked if anyone had ever used them or had any reviews and I was told that they had heard bad things, but I just checked them in the bridal review board and the only negative comment was that they didn't drive upto the door at CLM, but the bride felt that they thought they couldn't fit. All the others raved about the company... but I also found a lot of threads warning about them, but it was 'I heard they're not good'
so has anyone actually used them and had a bad experience? or can someone link me to a thread about a bad experience? FH and I are likely meeting with them on Friday, If the price is right we'll likely book (as long as our gut tells us they're good)... but if they're as bad as someone like 'em and vee' then I'd like to be fully prepared.

all vehicles have little bumps and bruises... I'm more concerned with the customer service...

we went to a company the other day and they showed us a FILTHY bus that smelled like stale sex! and the guy spoke like he was sleeping... then the owner emailed me yesterday, I replied asking for a better price.. he hasn't gotten back to me...

I emailed the party ride yesterday.. five minutes later I got an email from them and she keeps following up. I like that... but she's not a driver... I want to know that I wont have a miserable driver.
