I want to take my BM's out for when I ask them to be in our bridal party, do you girls have any suggestions that arent that expensive. I am at a loss for ideas.
Also - The girls that I am asking are all friends with eachother, except for my FSIL. She is the same age as all of us, and I want to include her, but I feel funny because everyone knows eachother and she doesnt know anyone. Im not concerned with her not getting along with anyone, shes so nice and really outgoing, but I dont want her to be bored...should I ask her separately, maybe just go out to dinner or something just me and her?

There are a few ways you can ask the girls. I have seen cards made, cookies, cupcakes- whatever your imagination is.
As for your FSIL- I'd include her so she can get to know the girls. She'll be fine!!!

i think u should ask everyone at the same time...i think it will be great for ur fsil to go too....i think u should get her familiar with ur friends as early as possible because shes gonna have to be around them alot in the near future(bach party, bridal shower, wedding, etc)

order in! Do brunch or something for them at your place it'll be way cheaper than going out......make a quiche, go to the bagel place and get bagels and muffins, make coffee and have juice set the table pretty and you dont have to worry about a huge bill, or being loud and gigly and distrupting other people when you ask the girls!

Thats a really cute idea! I was thinking of something like that - the only probelm is, is that i live with my parents so it would require getting 3 people out of my house, i'll have to see if i can pull it off.

i asked my girls at our eparty and i gave the gift that said bm and for the guys we bought them little things

i did it at my eparty.....i brought gifts for my girls and left it on their seat for when they arrived (they all already knew its my 2 sisters and best friend, but i figured the party was a good time to formally ask them) i got them all a personalized card that read - will you be my matron of honor? will you be my bridesmaid? will you be my maid of honor? and then i wrote something special to each of them inside the card, along with a silly poem ( i found them online - and i used a different one for each girl) i also gave them a bridesmaid book - it was a picture book of brides and bridesmaid with quotes - i actually found it from another bride on here.....i'll probably get them a few more gifts along the way - like sweat outfits for the morning of, a mani/pedi for the wedding, their make up or hair or both for the wedding, as well as a gift - these girls are my sisters and my best friend so im going to spoil them as much as i can!
you can take them out to lunch, or invite them over, do dinner, take them out for drinks - something like that....i like drinking so i would vote for taking them out for appetizers and drinks at a bar
