Asking bridal party

I asked my bridal party on Christmas (and around the holidays). I made cards with their names on them (see pics in albums) and then on the inside wrote personal notes to them saying why they are important to me, mentioned different memories, etc.... it was not in a poem format. At the end I just said that I'd be honored to have them in my wedding. Then asked 'will you be my...?'

BTW, everyone said yes! After they had said yes, I gave them the box with their ornament. Everyone loved them!

Question for everyone now...

Did you ask your bridal party yet? If so, did they say yes? If not, when do you plan to ask?

Our friendship has grown throughout the years
We’ve laughed, cried, and even shed some tears

We have been through so much together
But now I need you more than ever

As my wedding day draws near
I will need you to help calm my jitters and fears

When I walk down the aisle as a bride
I hope you will be by my side

As I begin another chapter of my life
When I become Pete’s wife

Will you be my Bridesmaid?
