I am not planning on having a huge bridal party...maid of honor and 3-4 bridesmaids and the people I am choosing probably already know they are but I would like to ask them in a cute way. I am going to announce the bridal party during our engagement party. I found some really cute 'Will you be my bridesmaid?' cards and I saw someone had cookies made. I am just looking for some other ideas.

I haven't asked them yet, but I did see a post on here that had a really cute poem to ask them, and I think I may do that.
i haven't asked yet either, but i was thinking of making cards with one of those cute bridesmaids poems in it and sending them a small box of godiva...my cards are gold with a purple ribbon, so i thought the wrapping of the godiva box would go nicely and plus, who doesn't love chocolate?! I don't live on LI and my bridesmaids live spread apart, so I think I'm going to mail all of them since I don't get to see the girls as often as I'd like

One of my friends made mini photo albums. it included pics of them throughout the years and i believe at the end of the album there was a poem-but i dont remember exactly. I thought it was such a cute idea!

I havent asked yet but I found a really cute idea and one of my friends who is incredibly crafty helped me. They are puzzles and each one says will you be my bridesmaid and has a prety pic of a dress. So I am going to give them the pieces in a box and a card iwth alittle note in it. I will post pics as soon as I get a chance. They came out so cute-even better than I thought

Since my bridal party only consist of my two sisters and two nieces, I pretty much told them that they had to be in it, LOL
Actually, my FH's sister is also in the bridal party and I told her as well and she was happy. FH did the same to his BP, and they gladly accepted.

Another bride did a photo frame that opened up and on one side there was a picture of the bride with that particular bridesmaid, and on the other side there was that cute poem asking her to be a bridesmaid. I LOVED this idea!

I had wine bottle labels made - had my name and FH - wedding date. And each were personalized to read, 'XXX, will you be my bridesmaid?' I bought the same bottle for everyone, soaked the original label off and put my new label on. My friends and I are a bunch of wine-o's - so I thought it was a useful gift lol There is a pic in one of my albums - i think 'wedding ideas/insiprations'
I had a friend that did cookies - another one did a christmas ornament that asked us and another did a really cute top 10 reasons why i should be her bridesmaid. It was a pre-done list, but she had it on a picture of the 2 of us in a frame.

I haven't asked yet my BMs yet, but I'm thinking of getting these cookies. You can also have them personalized to say their names on the cookie within the newsprint.

The ornaments are a really good idea especially if you ask them during Christmas time. Everyone has such good ideas!

I bought a tri-fold picture frame and if i was in their wedding I put a picture of the 2 of us from their wedding on the left, a poem in the middle, and a page saying this space is for a picture of me and you on my wedding day. If I wasn't in their wedding I just put a picture of the 2 of us. On each I attached ornaments from personization mall that said the name and will you be my bridesmaid....
