Asking friends/family to be a bridesmaid

I am going to be asking family/friends to be in my briday party soon and want to do something special, but am having a hard time coming up with something. My friend gave us each a card asking us to be a part of her wedding and inside the card was a picture of us. This was great but obviously I do not want to do the same as her. Any ideas?

I wrote a poem and sent it out to all of the girls I wanted to ask to be BMs. Good luck!
