okay heres the story, I started out with 3 Bridesmaids, but one decided to move away...she has twins (who are 7 months old) and I dont expect her to come for the wedding.....sooo I have been putting this off for months... FI and I want the BP to be even he has 3 GM....so yes 5 months before my wedding I am asking my FI Best friends (whos in the BP) FI..she is really a sweet girl and I am meeting her for lunch on Friday...my problem is how do I ask her? I want to give her something....maybe a card....I dunno what to say... help :(

I would tell her since you have had time to become closer to her, and she is marrying your FH best friend you would be honored if she would be in the wedding. You have the whole future ahead of you.

make her a card!! explain you want to get to know her...and such...and then present her with a pretty card.
i made my BM and MOH a bag, and printed out a poem on Hallmark stationery. it was filled with a manicure kit, chocolates, notepad, and asprin!

I made cards for each of my girls. They weren't exactly the best job (I just got started into cardmaking and these were the first that I did) but they worked great and the girls loved them.
