Aspen or Telluride

Has anyone ever gone to either ski/snowboarding resort town? We live in fl and I'm not comf spending more than 5k for a honeymoon in jamaica - long story...anyway so we decided, its warm in fl in february, so maybe we should do the opposite and go snowboarding since we can't do that often here. any suggestions? hmmm

aspen is so expensive! it's also so high end!

I went to telluride last year and it's such a quaint little town but i'm still sticker shocked by how much everything cost!

aspen is better for shopping and has alot busier nightlife, telluride is more about skiing. they do have some amazing mountains trails.

i recommend going up to whistler in canada 'cus you get more for your money, or go to lake tahoe!
