Assessment Value of a home

Does anyone know how I can get recent sales or home appraisals in Suffolk County. I am looking into purchasing a condo and want to know what others in the area have sold for or what they were appraised for.

I'm an appraiser - I can give you some info. I can get recent sales data.

You can also ask your Real Estate agent for this informatin, I believe they have to give it to you if you ask for it.
