Does anyone else suffer from Asthma? How do you regulate it? I am afraid this weather is going to kill me!!! I had an attack on my way to work 10 seconds after leaving my house.

Re: asthma
I have pretty bad asthma and recently started taking Advair and Singulair - they work so great that I swear I do not even know I have asthma anymore!

Re: asthma
I switch to Advair too! It is really good. With this cold weather I have been using rescue inhaler a lot in this weather.
I just called they are doing an asthma study over here (which pays $600 ) and I am trying new medicine that they use in Europe that is surpose to be almost the same or maybe better then advair. I start Thursday.
Do you have a nublizer at home? That helps me a lot when I am having a hard time.

Re: asthma
Yes, I do. I guess I need to see about getting on Advair. I only had mild asthma but the past few months have been really horrible. I guess maybe my condition has gotten worse. Thanks Ladies!!!!

Re: asthma
I have mild asthma as well and this weather triggers it alot. I also take Singulair and should be taking Advair. I heard on the news that asthma sufferers need to cover their mouths and noses when outside. I did that yesterday and today and it did seem to work.

Re: asthma
I have mild asthma. I am on Albuterol
This weather has been triggering it a lot.
But I do make sure to bundle up when I go out

My son has asthma. He takes Singulair daily, and uses Albuterol and Pulmicort in his nebulizer when he's having a tough time.

Re: asthma
Mine is very mild. Normally weather like this will trigger mine too. But I found wearing my scarf over my mouth and breathing that warm air prevents the on set of attacks for me. I guess I have been lucky
