Can you recommend a spa in Astoria for a facial? A good facialist? Cosmetologist? Dunno what they're called
Has anyone been to Rejuvenate Spa?
TIA!

Re: Astoria girls
SPAce salon is really great for massages and waxes. They're very professional and clean. They're located on Ditmars by the N train.

Re: Astoria girls
Ive heard good things about Angel Spa on Steinway Street as well as The Body Shop on 23rd Avenue.
SpAce is also good for waxing and hair but Im not sure how they are with makeup.
In all honesty, I dont know of anyone who does makeup in the area so if you find someone, def let us know!!!

LOVED Anasa Spa! It's right off 31st st, but it's kinda hidden-on the 3rd floor I think-you can call for directions--GREAT FACIALS! I DIDN'T KNOW SO MANY GIRLS WERE FROM ASTORIA! HI NEIGHBORS!

Re: Astoria girls
I HIGHLY recommend Nycki at Space on Dtimars for Make-up...she's did my make-up for my engagement party and another special event, and my sister-in-law has also used her for make-up.
She also is a great hairstylist!!

i dont know i didnt look into bridal hair there, i had a vendor come to me so didnt look at salons.
I got my haircut there, dyed my hair and also went to get my hair curled a couple of times for events.
for wash, cut and blow dry, and i cut alot off it was $60. For curling my hair it was also around that range plus i brought clip on extensions with me so they had to put the extensions in first then curl it. For dye job the first time i did alot, not only did i dye it but i first stripped my hair of the color and then did color so was $100-something. But after to do single process was under $100.
Their prices did go up this year, it was cheaper last year. Theyre also opening up a salon in the city on like 50'something street and 5th ave.
