in astoria - aegean cove (greek) and punta dura (italian) have private room big enough for what you are looking for. neither are that close to public transportation imo.

in LIC - riverview has a side room that should accomodate. plus i LOVE their customer service and food. it is accessible by public transportation and they have valet

LOVE Sidetracks.

I'd say Joe Abbraciamento's on Woodhaven Blvd.

ETA: There's also Barosa's across the street, though I find them to be hit or miss with the food. One time it's amazing the next eh.

Trattoria L'incontro is in Astoria and has AWESOME food and service. The private party room only fits up to 40 people. If you are going to have dancing then it's not for you but if you just need the dj for dinnner music, check it out.

I just had my bridal shower there. Pics are in my album.

i vote for the aegean cove! FI took me there for my birthday and it had a beautiful, cozy room big enough for that amount of people.
