at my wits end

a stop payment was placed on my student loan refund check because I was absent from class twice cause I was sick, now I get a bill from chase credit cards with an $365 minimum payment because they charged my account TWICE for the BM jewelry, I have more bills than I can handle and not enough money to pay them, no one at the credit card company wants to help me, I just get passed from one person to another and I'm just FINISHED....all I can do is cry

Awwwww...I'm soooo sorry that you are going through this!!! Did you already try talking to the CC company about the double charge? You doef. sould NOT be paying that! Did you talk to the school about being sick? Do you have a doctors note??

On the phone with the cc company now, and got in touch with the professor to reinstate me, i'm going back to class on monday night, and hopefully that will be solved, it's just so upsetting, i thought things were turning around and they only seem to get worse!!!!!!!!!!

You should call the company who sold you the BM gift since they are the ones who charged the credit card company twice.

Don't worry - with just a little work, you can get the CC charge fixed and I am sure you can fix the school loan issue pretty quickly too. Just keep your head on straight and try to deal with the problems as efficiently as possible.
