I lost 2 more lbs even though it was my anniversary weekend and did not count my points at all.

Nice.....I lost 1pound on fridays weigh in. Total of 8.2 pounds so far in 3 weeks.

Nice going ladies! I weight in tonight. I think Im down a pound or so.
I have to say I really like this WW program. With the flex points its really easy to have a treat or go out to dinner now and then without a problem. We went out twice last week and I didnt even use half of my flex points.

I was down 3.2 lbs! A total of 8. something in 3 weeks. Can you tell I am happy with this program
