My FI has a godson who will be 6 when we get married. We will be allowing family, but not friends to bring their children. Is this rude? Can anyone tell me at what age we start to pay for children?

Many thanks.

I think it depends on your hall. Ours is 7 and under - free. After that I think it's $35?? Don't remember - but I believe each hall is different.

I am not sure... I think kids are $25. Also, make sure you are not paying for alcohol for your guests who are underage (teenagers)

Thank you so much for all the information! Good point about the alcohol, I am going to find out about that.
