We ate dinner at the BCC last night in an effort to decide between it and the woodbury country club. First of all, the grounds at the BCC are so lovely but once the sun goes down there is litle to see..The service was excellent - we started with a spinach-crab soup which was fabulous, then a salad. The dressing was a little bland but ok. I had salmon with jamaican rum glaze - wonderful! My guy had the shephard's pie which was yummy and hearty. Portions were great...Margaritas were delicious. Another couple overheard that we may have our reception there and added that their daughter got married there 5 yrs ago and everything was perfect.. The WCC has the chef from Russos on the Bay and has thrown in a Martini bar..Can't decide!!!

did you eat at the ojter hall to see the diffrence? is bellport giving you anything extra ? hard decision. good luck

we have not but I have been to Russo's many times and it is fabulous.. Wcc is giving us more but BCC is more elegant...

I went to a wedding a few years ago and was disappointed with the food, my fiance stopped at McDonalds on the way home. Then my friend and her husband were there last weekend and said they both ordered some kind of chicken and in thier words 'it was gross', just be careful. I would not want you to be disappointed

WCC!! its def better...and hey martini bar is the new hype....wish i got that as a throw in! i may now have to pay for it!!!!

i been to bcc about 10 years ago for a wedding. the food was great. but since then i know the irish coffe pub took it over. ansd from what i know of the iriash coffee pub there very well known and never heard one bad thing about there food. its all a matter of opinions. you and your fh just have to be happy with your choice and don't let other opinions make you nuts. i personaly would go with who gave me the better offer but thats just my opinion good luck. let us know what you choose.
