Atkins

I have been buying everything Atkins lately...the shakes, bars, bread, etc....I can't believe how expensive everything is...

The Vanilla shake is Yummy...so are the caramel nut chews...

I've been on for about 2 months now and lost about 25 pounds...

Some of the atkins shakes and bars and other 'low carb' products have 'hidden carbs' in them and could cause your diet to stall.

If they subtract the sugar alcohols out of the carb count, it's WRONG! The only thing you should subtract from carbs is fiber!
