Atkins desserts

My mom is on the atkins diet and I wanted to make her a dessert. She just started so she really doesnt have any recipes. Does anyone have recipes so I can suprise her with a dessert? Thank you

In the Vitamin Shop they sell brownie mix and muffin mix...try

www.atkins.com they have a whole bunch of recipes...

we made the sweet cheese from his book - excpet we used mini muffin pans and they were kinda like lil low card cheesecakes....we even heated seom low sugar jam and topped them with it! yummy!
