Atkins diet

OK girls I need some help. I'm getting married in 6 weeks. I went for my 1st fitting last night. I was not that happy. I need to lose some weight. I was thinking about Atkins. Has anyone ever done it before? If so hom much did you lose and in how long? Also Can you tell me some of the things you were eating?

Please Please help me!!!!
