Atkins Diet...Any good receipes???

I am trying this for the first time and I am NOT a meat eater...I like meat...I just never eat it!

Not really a smart diet for me huh??

I posted this on another thread earlier this week:

put pork rinds (the ones they sell like potato chips- no carbs) into the mini chopper and make into bread crumb consistency

dip cutlets in eggwash and then coat in the chopped porkrinds

it tastes better than kentucky fried chicken!

That is an AWESOME idea!!!!

Wow! I can't wait to try it!!

Thanks!

Oops. O forgot to add:

fry the chicken!

or you can bake it, but I would fry it!
