Atkins dieters: What do you eat when you eat at a restaurant?

Atkins dieters: What do you eat when you eat at a restaurant?

I'm having lunch with a friend today and I'm on induction. We're going to an American/continental restaurant.

I was thinking I could get a burger minus the bun or chicken if it doesn't have any special sauce on it.

Any suggestions?

Same here - when I go out I get either a steak, grilled chicken or a cheeseburger w/bacon and a side of blue cheese - no ketchup.

I usually get chix caesar salad or a turkey burger w/o bun.
